By accessing or using EthericLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

EthericLink provides a URL shortening service that allows users to create shortened links, track click analytics, and manage their links through a dashboard.

• Guest access: Available without registration. Guest links expire after 1 hour and are limited to 10 links per hour per IP address.
• Registered access: Available after signing in via GitHub or Google. Registered links last up to 365 days and include full analytics, custom slugs, and link management.

You agree not to use EthericLink to:

• Shorten URLs that link to malware, phishing sites, or any content designed to harm users
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Link to content that is illegal under applicable law
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the Service through automated means
• Impersonate other individuals or organizations
• Shorten URLs that redirect to other URL shorteners in a chain

We reserve the right to disable any link or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to keep shortened links operational for their specified duration. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Links may become unavailable due to:

• Expiration of the link's TTL
• Violation of acceptable use policies
• Service maintenance or technical issues
• Account deletion by the link owner

You retain ownership of any content you link to through our Service. By using EthericLink, you grant us a limited license to store and redirect to the URLs you provide, solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

EthericLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service
• Content accessible through shortened links created by other users
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Actions taken by third-party services we integrate with

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your links and associated analytics data will be permanently removed. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via the email associated with their account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
